If you are unable to attend the conference for unforeseen reasons after submitting your abstract and/or registration, please send your cancellation to the conference organisers below:

• For cancellation of your talk or poster please fill out the form at the Notice Board.
• For cancellation of conference participation  please inform Mrs. Beatrice Hensel ().

If you have already paid the registration fee at the time of the cancellation we will contact you by e-mail regarding the reimbursement of the fee.

In case of cancellation of the conference participation after 18 February 2022 a cancellation fee of 20.00 € will be deducted in reimbursement.

For cancellations after 1 April 2022 no refund is possible.

Please note that the refund will be granted after the DPG Spring Meetings earliest at the end of April 2022.
